These policies apply to every trip booked with The Wanderlust Vibe.

1Pickup & Departure Policy

Departure schedule: Normal departure is every Wednesday, early morning, from Islamabad.
Punctuality: Participants must arrive at the communicated pickup point prior to the reporting/departure time. Reaching on time is the sole responsibility of the participant.
Late arrival / missed pickup: Missing departure due to late arrival or failure to follow instructions will be treated as a cancellation, and no refund will be provided unless approved by the organizer.
Special pickups: Any special pickup arrangements must be pre-confirmed with the organizer before departure.

Advance payment: A 50% advance payment is compulsory to confirm a reservation. Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received.
Remaining balance: The remaining balance is due strictly at the time of departure.

Seat cancellation deductions are strictly applied based on notice duration prior to departure:

Early departure: No refund is provided if a participant leaves the trip at any stage, regardless of the reason.
Trip cancellation by organizer: If the organizer cancels a trip, participants will receive a full 100% refund of the advance payment.

Itinerary modifications: The itinerary may be changed, shortened, delayed, or rearranged due to weather, road blockages, political/security situations, or government restrictions in the interest of safety.
Extra expenses: Unforeseen costs caused by landslides or road blockages are not included in the package unless explicitly agreed.
Fuel price hike: In case of fuel price increases before or during the journey, additional costs will be charged accordingly.

Code of conduct: Respectful behavior toward fellow travelers, guides, drivers, hotel staff, and locals is mandatory. Misbehavior, abusive language, harassment, or violence is strictly prohibited.
Cultural respect: Respect local customs, religions, traditions, and community practices.
Prohibited items: Weapons, illegal items, and drugs are strictly banned. Violators will be removed immediately without warning or refund.

Personal valuables: Participants are solely responsible for their belongings (cash, phones, luggage). The organizer holds no liability for theft, loss, or damage.
Safety & risks: Mountain travel carries inherent risks (terrain, weather, natural disasters). Participants must comply with safety guidelines issued by tour leaders and authorities.
Travel insurance: Trips are non-insured. Travelers are encouraged to secure personal travel and medical insurance independently.

Members indulging in unethical activity, misbehavior, or drug use will be terminated from the tour immediately without refund.
No illegal or prohibited items, weapons, or drugs are permitted under any circumstances.
On mountain routes, vehicle AC will be turned on and off periodically to prevent engine overheating.
The company and organizers are not liable for natural calamities, avalanches, landslides, crevasse falls, or unforeseen accidents.
Respect all regional, cultural, and geographical affiliations. Non-compliance will be dealt with strictly.
Littering and environmental damage are strictly prohibited; our tours are strictly eco-friendly.
